Oxygen Therapy
Supervised oxygen sessions that raise the oxygen available to your tissue — supporting circulation, recovery and the repair processes that stall without it.
Every repair process in the body runs on oxygen. When circulation is limited, inflammation is high, or you are recovering from illness, injury or surgery, oxygen delivery to the tissue that needs it most is very often the thing holding recovery back.
Oxygen therapy raises the concentration of oxygen you are breathing under supervision, so more of it dissolves into the plasma and reaches tissue that the red blood cells alone struggle to supply. Sessions are quiet and undemanding — most people read or simply rest through them — and are usually run as a short course rather than a single visit.
We screen you before the first session, because this is not suitable for everyone. Conditions affecting the lungs, ears or sinuses, and a small number of medications, need checking first. If it is not right for you, we will say so.
