About Dr.
Dr. Caren Griffith-Fadlin received her medical degree from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, in 2006. After completing her studies, she continued training at the University Hospital of the West Indies in the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She did additional training in Psychiatry at the University Hospital of the West Indies and in Primary Care at the Ministry of Health, Jamaica. She went on to complete her Master of Public Health degree at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, in 2018.
Dr. Fadlin has been in private practice since 2008. She served at the Andrews Memorial Hospital Outpatient and Emergency Department for 5 years. She has also served in several medical centers in Kingston, Jamaica.
Dr. Fadlin first worked with patients in Bermuda in 2015, where she provided services as Primary Care Physician and Preventative Healthcare Provider. She has always had a keen interest in maintaining health through a healthy lifestyle, and has led several Healthy Lifestyle initiatives over the years. This practice has enabled her to help many of her Bermudian patients successfully manage chronic illness, such as diabetes and hypertension, and reach and maintain their weight loss goals by marrying medicine with lifestyle change.
Dr. Fadlin has a warm and engaging personality, a genuine love for people and is well-liked by her patients. She has a passion for medical intervention at the primary care level, and focuses on improving patient outcomes through patient education and empowerment. Over the past 19 years of her career, she has volunteered her time and expertise to numerous health clinics and public health education ventures in person as well as via television, radio and social media.
Dr. Fadlin joined the team in February 2025 and continues to provide exceptional medical care to her patients. She has contributed significantly to improving the health of the Bermudian community and looks forward to serving as an active member of the community in the years to come.
